NEW Port Value League Level: 1 to 1.5 BILLION

We have had several players graduate from our upper level of the Port Value League series of leagues.  They have enjoyed their fair comparisons and have asked me to create another level.  I therefore invite you to join them at this new level. 

If you have a 950 MILLION to 1.5 BILLION size port, you are welcome to join.

If you have a smaller port, don't despair...there is a league for you from 10 Million all the way up to 1.5 Billion.  Look for us in the league list.
