ARB means that a moviestock is priced lower than its current box office
The example on the board is WEVRW, which has earned $5.2 million. At the beginning of the day it was priced at about $5. So if you bought it you had a guaranteed profit of $0.20 per share.
Of course, now WEVRW has risen in price and is no longer arb :)
