I was a frequent poster on the old Box Office Mojo forums, and am now a regular at the new Box Office forums, where most of the
BOM community shifted to after the forums were taken down. I also recently started to post on the World of KJ box office tracking forums, which formed after many members of BOM left in 2004, where Xia-Yun is also a regular.
For years on the BOM forums and on KJ, we have referenced notfabio's MTC tracking numbers to make our predictions. That is why I am familiar with the HSX boards. I joined due to the Hunger Games craze in order to post thoughts and interact with some of the minds here. My interest in the actual game only developed this week, as prior to joining, I had never even bothered to understand what this site was about; I was only ever concerned with any BO-related posts. BO tracking is a frequent hobby of mine, and I do consider myself to be fairly adept at making predictions. As for being a seasoned player of this game, I'm as seasoned as someone can possibly get in 5 days. If you look at all of my posts thus far, all are related to the box office, none related to the HSX game. I have no advice to offer on the matter as I only developed interest in it after joining this past week.
As for my user name being generic, I can see why you might come to that conclusion, but understand that it certainly is not. It does hold meaning for me, though getting into why on a public message board is not something I'm going to do.
