It also lists several other movies as 'phantom projects' (projects that were pre sold but then never got financing, never got made, and have "disappeared")


Unbound Captives (UNBND)

Blink (BLINK)

Vengeance: A Love Story (RAPE)


I found this article while researching The Factory (which is mentioned later in the article).  The Factory is contracted to get a 2,000 screen release from Warners.
