Almost all moviestocks drop post-adjust, even films with excellent post-adjust prospects, like AVATR.
BLDSD is a recent exception, iirc, which did not drop post-adjust.
As gogreen writes, people with smaller ports free money to pursue other shorter term opportunities, figuring there will be lots of time to get back in AVATR long later. Late December is invariably a time when wide releases are arb, almost across the board.
