I think they need to replace Snyder with smebody who can handle big budgets, ensemble cast and quick pre-producion

Only name that comes to my mind, and could be somebody that will bring some faith back to the general audience is... Peter Jackson. He's worked with the studio several times before and in spite of my personal feelings on the Hobbit trilogy, they were from what I recall, well received (and at the very least had decent legs).
