While I don't think it will hurt Valentine's Day much....(I mean this is still Valentine's Weekend).....
This morning on ESPN they were talking about how there are 3 major sports events where female viewership is greater than male viewership. The Kentucky Derby, The Summer Olympics and the Winter Olympics. The Opening Ceremonies, with all its pagentry especially is more attractive to female audiences. Since it is still the holiday weekend, I still think Valentine's Day will garner big numbers (especially tomorrow) I think the legs of the film will definitely be harmed over the next two weeks.
