So Who Saw What Last Week? (me - Independence Day Resurgence 3D: B)
It was...fine. And I'd actually take a sequel, based on how they wound things up. Some of the humor was lame, but the story was interesting. Will Smith wouldnt have helped imo. But his absence and use of so-so actors did make it feel a bit cheap. (Saw it in 3D, a few shots of ships flying looked good, but not much else added, but, due to the theaters matinee policy, it was cheaper to see it the 3:30 3D showing than the 2:30 2D showing!)
