I saw it, discussion inside (vague spoils)
The reviews (I think) are tempered by the movie not making as much sense as the previous instalments - character motivations, etc. It's definitely less well-thought out and less thoughtful than the others. But it still delivers some tense moments and great action scenes, which is what the major part of the audience responds to.
