That was a far, far better way to experience movies. That way, you go through the experience of being surprised, and either loving it, or just thinking it's okay, or hating it, and having a personal experience with the movie, instead of having dozens of preconceived opinions about a film already flying around in your head.
As far as RT is concerned: it is what it is. This is ridiculous, that a group of people are unhappy with some reviews. So what? Don't read them.
