BTW, I can totally see why people aren't digging ALICE (no spoilers)
I'm a big Tim Burton fan, even liked Charlie and Planet of the Apes and the movie gave me a headache and made me feel nauseous... the 3D and CG just isn't used very well and I'm guessing the movie would be just fine and maybe even better in 2D... Johnny Depp's performance is so outlandish including one moment that i guarantee EVERYONE is going to hate. Saving my prediction for better places but I will say that I'll be shocked if it drops less than 65% the following week. This is Where the Wild Things Are all over again... some will love it but mainstream audiences probably won't get it.
