i have a question about SWAR3 and whether or not it will delist (I hope this is an okay ? to ask ...)

So, according to the information i've been reading and seeing, these "side projects" are on indefinite hold.  Does that mean SWAR3 will be delisted at some point by HSX since there's no way of knowing whether or not it will ever actually be back on track and be made?  Or will it just stay put on hold here for a long time until there is definite "the project is dead in the water" or "we're now ready to move forward again with it" news?  Or maybe HSX will delist / make it inactive and then, "someday", if it moves forward again, they'll re-IPO it?
