De Niro in The Killer Elite would be So Great ! Here's hoping...

The Killer Elite was one of the great 80's gangsterfilms ( with the Outfit, Charley Varrick, and more ).

If the Niro adds this promising role ( of gangster greatness ) to his portfolio, Heat, Ronin, Godfather and some,  he will truly be the Cagney of our times !
