Amazon hasn’t figured out whether it will pump MGM movies through theaters (though it has signaled it wants to release ten or so theatrical exclusives a year, which would be music to the ears of the National Association of Theatre Owners)...............With a $65 million budget, Prey is exactly the kind of movie that Zaslav says there’s “not an economic case for” on streaming.
