Their statement is that Disney has underperformed since 2015, of which Iger was CEO for all of that period except 11 months. {nm} notfabio Dec 14, 08:42

Most likely scenario is that Disney (again) does some of what Trian Global wants and the board nominees don't get appointed. {nm} notfabio Dec 14, 08:49
