There's starting to be hesitation again by (some) talent when it comes to Superhero films, even when Marvel has been willing to do special carve outs like Oscar Isaac. Talent doesn't want to be locked in for 10 years (Elizabeth Olsen has been pretty vocal about not being entirely happy about her deal) which is basically what everyone signing up for James Gunn's DC Universe is having to agree to even though Gunn's contract is just for 4 years and now that the MCU is not as bulletproof as it was, that's a concern there too.
Also in 10 years, it's pretty likely AI in whatever form it is by then, is going to be able to produce theatrically releasable films without actually physically shooting anything.
