whenever I see him on YouTube clips, from TV-debates, he truly appears to be stoned or something.. Veeery syrupy..
Strange this is, I've met him, shook his hand and talked with him, and he wasn't like that, then. I guess some people, Ruffalo included, just fit that description of phlegmatic - from those old, Greek classical temperaments
