341mm shares long (about 2200 accounts at max positions), 10mm short (about 67 accts) and 3mm shares traded, only 20 accounts assuming all purchases, which is likely since it is up $17.

So, yes, RamsFan2004 is absolutely correct. Everyone (in essence) already owns it. It's a huge opportunity for anyone that doesn't own it.
