It's been quite a while since we last saw a weekend with this kind of depth, not a sequel in sight, ether (well, TCS53, but y'know...).

Everything but maybe DROP has a real chance to overperform, too. If we had a solid horror pic this might be a perfect weekend. Really hope the suits are paying attention. The public doesn't just want the familiar, we want that AND original films. On top of everything, reviews are quite solid across the board (despite the middling reviews on MINEC, the public couldn't give a flip, it's an event).
