Heard few weeks back WSMIT's in financial trouble. Been selling off several luxury homes to repay debt

Also 'coz divorce is due anytime & he's been delaying it as Jada will take at least half assets & none of the debt so he's trying to settle off his debt by selling off properties (which are also the main reason for the debt), likely on the sly without informing her too.

He needs the money & having been 'cancelled' for a while he's be willing to make most any movie that can get him decent 7 figure amounts.
