...either 10 million people or billions of people will die regardless of what the President decides or who launched that mystery missile. Just like we know how Zero Dark Thirty ends. I still wouldn't want that movie to end with no raid and just Jessica Chastain picking up a satellite phone and asking "Did you find him?" and then end credits.

In A House of Dynamite, it would have taken maybe 30 seconds to show the President speaking into the satellite phone. And then another 30 seconds to show a final flashback - this time showing who launched the missile.
