Not when it mattered they didn't. They distinctly gave off the impression that the Baumbach and Bigelow films were the ones.

If they'd been touting Train Dreams as "the one" and put it up on the pedestal it deserved, perception would've been greatly different. 


Now: too little, too late. Yeah, it's making a sort of late push; It's not up there with the best films where it should be. 

How are House of Dynamite and Jay Kelly doing right now? They're basically forgotten, that's where. Clooney has been hanging around; that isn't happening. I tell you, if Clooney DID get nominated and Edgerton didn't?
