I think HSX should only halt the weekend openers at 9AM Pacific on Sunday. There is really no point to a 17 hour halt. D.Mac usually
adjusts in the 10AM hour. The market will have pretty much adjusted itself and he can just do the fine tuning. No fuss no muss. Very little inconvenience to the traders.
