Faster will probably perform like Hitman, Transporter 3, and Ninja. Enchanted is still the closest comparision, among those films, for Tangled. For Burlesque, I was first thinking Rent, but its daily pattern has been less frontloaded; still, don't see it getting to 2.0. R-rating will likely prevent Love and Other Drugs from becoming something like Just Friends. So basically, it won't be easy for any of them.
