Didn't the movie end with Cobra getting captured and sealed away? Why is the movie subtitled Rise of Cobra? Wouldn't that be like subtitling the first XMen movie Rise of Magneto?

I totally forgot about the _sinking_ ice. I wanted to include that in my fake review.
