CelebStock and StarBonds

And, my post of early this month, on screen use...

Posted by: edzep - Port Monkey! (a.k.a edzep) on Nov 29, 14:46 in response to elchan2012's post .. and this is how the big fat Google machine will reap...

I'm not aware of any way to get as much vertical content area with Chrome, as I have with customized Firefox.

There's a screen image in this post.

Port Monkey update - now, copy to clipboard (in a clean format), to use on howprofitable.com, or in spreadsheet... edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 28, 15:54

Awesome and much appreciated. {nm} jdaniel Nov 28, 18:19

That's cool. But how come I don't see the ↯ thing that I'm supposed to click on? {nm} elchan2012 Nov 28, 19:34

That's supposed to be the "thunderbolt" looking thing. {nm} elchan2012 Nov 28, 19:35

Are you looking in the Moviestocks header? Is the rest of Port Monkey working? {nm} edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 28, 19:56

...and on the Starbonds header... {nm} edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 28, 20:17

Oh, and the big yellow notice on PM home page: you must enable stock summary view (see bottom of your port) for PM to work properly, anyway. {nm} edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 28, 20:30

Ok, that was it, now I see it. Unfortunately, I'm running Chrome. It's ok I still have my modified Chimp, which does it with one click. {nm} elchan2012 Nov 28, 21:41

BTW, for Chrome, the writing is on the wall, for more demanding users... edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 29, 05:27

Blast it - I just found out that Chromium is not available to Windows users in a stable package, edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 29, 06:10

.. and this is how the big fat Google machine will reap the rewards of its years of "free" programming. elchan2012 Nov 29, 07:58

Firefox is a free lunch, and, more capable and customizable than Chrome. I just don't get the Chrome attraction. {nm} edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 29, 12:19

I found Chrome a more optimized browser. (i.e. faster, and less bloated) At least a couple years back, now I'm not sure. {nm} elchan2012 Nov 29, 12:41

Can you develop a what Starbonds you don't own function just like the what movies you don't own function? That would be Great for Lg Ports {nm} PVL Admin Nov 29, 10:44

I'll consider it. I hadn't before, because owning every bond does not fit into my own mgt. style. {nm} edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 29, 12:20

Is that suppose to fix it so I see what I'm holding short/long? {nm} grammar Nov 30, 06:24

When you paste into a spreadsheet from PM, yes, you will be able to see what's long or short, unlike in the past. {nm} edzep - Port Monkey! Nov 30, 09:20

Got it thanks. Did I ever tell you I love you? :) {nm} grammar Nov 30, 19:12
