why does a starbond only adjust to a maximum of 250 and not it's de-list price or at least 300 just curious

Basically, HSX decided this to ensure Moviestocks (where HSX earns its money) weren't ignored by traders pouring $$$ into Starbonds

When was that cap established? It has been in place as long as I can remember. During that time, players portfolios have grown with.......

It was ages ago - maybe even when the new Starbond system was implemented... in 2001? Personally, with $3.7 billion in cash I'd love to see

And those are appreciated. But even taking the cap up to $300 million would only bump a TAG $10 with somebody with 5 movies in their resume

We converted to the current StarBond system in October, 2001. Virtually ALL of the rules implemented at that time are still

The cap was implemented to smooth out the blockbuster outliers in the TAG. Kate Winslet's TAG should drop H$100 when Titanic drops out.
