Basically, HSX decided this to ensure Moviestocks (where HSX earns its money) weren't ignored by traders pouring $$$ into Starbonds {nm} RogerMore Dec 15, 19:18

We converted to the current StarBond system in October, 2001. Virtually ALL of the rules implemented at that time are still StarBondFund Dec 16, 12:52
