PROPOSAL: TAG bonus for actor/actress who wins an Oscar {nm}

Award an actor, actress, or director a H$250 TAG boost upon winning an Oscar in a "big five" category.  Treat it as the system would a film that earned $250 million, joining TAG the morning after the ceremony, leaving TAG five films later.  Halt the nominees when Nominoptions halt, credit the winners when Nominoptions are credited.

This could reward quality and add a bit of spice to a relatively moribund bond market.  Trust us on this -- we're pre-law (or is it pre-med? . . . ah, what's the difference?)
