How many movies does an actor need to have listed usually before they get a Starbond?

Or is it dependant on actual releases reaching theatres? Sorry for the dumb questions, I'm still learning my way around here.

Usually more then one but there are exceptions. Also if they are in a series they need another movie out the series took forever to get the H-Mogul Jul 18, 20:45
