It's been given as much of an "official" cancellation as networks give these days

It's been removed from the schedule with no plans to air further episodes.  CHANGL was halted even though ABC announced that they would continue to air the already filmed episodes.  The HTBAGM announcement indicates that CBS isn't even going to do that.
