TV Guide honesty. Is this common? For the movie "I Spy" ...

I rarely look at online TV Guide descriptions. Clicked on I Spy and got this: "Wisecracking secret agents (Eddie Murphy, Owen Wilson) try to outsmart an arms dealer in this bland and pointless update of the clever 1960s TV series, which starred Bill Cosby and Robert Culp. Directed by Betty Thomas."

Possibly worse than that, I checked Netflix to see if I might possibly have seen it, since I rate everything. Sure enough, I've seen it, but, I can't remember a single detail about the movie. So, I guess TV guide could add "forgettable" to their description.

Well, I rated it 3 stars. Something has to be really, really bad to get less than that, from me.
