MY concern about this is as above...

... up til now Jessie accepted, even if dubiously, that the ricin was never lifted. And when Huell swaps his pot he makes the assumption that it did happen, even though he and Walt "found" the ricin eventually, and that Brock was poisoned by Lily of the Valley. It's not impossible to come to such a conclusion, but there's a lot of mental work. Of course Walt may spend next week talking Jessie out of such a doped-up theory, which may make it more paletable.

And while we can have faith in the character, I've been losing faith in the show for a while. Walt's Oscar-winning lying (to Jessie about the ricin, crying to Hank in his office, and now the fake confession) has been a stretch, and Hank happening to link the Leaves of Grass dedication to Walt. Lots of contrivances, done for entertainment of course, but a stretch when compared to what happened in Season 1-3. All TV shows tend to become parodies of themselves.
