Delta Rae....

Lindsey Buckingham was visiting a friend who had just produced the Delta Rae album.  The friend played Lindsey the track 'If I Loved You' and Lindsey picked up a guitar and started playing along.

The producer friend really liked what Lindsey was playing and they ended up recording it right then.  Delta Rae was out on tour and their album had already been released.  They remixed the track to include Lindsey's guitar track for the radio single.

Lindsey Buckingham has not met Delta Rae (and Delta Rae is bummed about it).
