have any relation to reality? Feel free to analyze them line by line.
In no way is he being prevented from expressing his opinions. He IS, however, being denied a certain MEANS of expressing that opinion - the TV show. The First Amendment provisionm of freedom of speech means the GOVERNMENT cannot prevent you from expressing your opinion. No one is legally entitled nor protected to the access or venue of a third party to express their opinion.
In other words, he still has (and has always had) the right to shout at the top of his lungs whatever he wants. He is NOT legally entitled to a microphone or any other means of communicating his ignorance.
He (like everyone else in the world) is also not legally protected from any consequences that may result from expressing his opinion. He had his chance, now others are responding using their same freedom he enjoyed.
