a quick rundown...
Blindspot is similar in concept/style to The Black List and is airing in the same time slot that The Black List became a hit in (Monday nights after The Voice). Should be an easy lock for 13, likely get the 22
Life in Pieces is sandwiched between The Big Bang Theory and Scorpion for a few weeks before moving to Thursdays sandwiched between The Big Bang Theory and Mom. If the show sucks it should still get enough audience from those other shows to get to 13. There are very many midseason shows waiting in the wings so getting to 22 really depends on the quality of the show.
Limitless is based on a movie and has Bradley Cooper making reaapearing cameos throughout the season. It also has no competition its first several weeks... it is up against Neil Patrick Harris Variety Show on NBC and Beyond The (Shark) Tank on ABC. Competition shows up in mid late October with Chicage Fire returning and ABC new show Wicked City. No competition likely means higher ratings so it is likely to get 13 and how big of a bite the competition takes out of it in October will determine if it gets 22.
The Player has the most trouble out of the 4 IPOs today. It airs after The Black List which kinda jumped the shark last season and had declining ratings. Last years new show that aired after The Black List in the same timeslot sucked and was removed from the schedule after a few episodes and replaced with Dateline. If the quality or the numbers are too low it would be very easy for NBC to dump it and replace it with Dateline (they did last year). This one is not safe for 13 and unless it is high quality the chances of 22 are very slim (lots of midseasons waiting in the wings).
