What in the world were you looking for? Find that information in any of the liberal tabloids you cite. You won't. They spin one out of context statement to make it sound that there's no cut at all, and those that don't do their own research buy into the lies. There's just a little context. There's so much more if you just look at the real facts. And a little compassion for the millions of those in that income range. $1,000, $2,000 makes a difference. Less than than, they aren't paying any taxes at all, so they can't save as much.
