- Get money from other investors. to fill new con-society.

- Suck it dry using scams and fake societies

- Bankrupt it when it's empty or too much in debt...

Realize that he succeeded in bankrupting a casino company, you know, the kind of company model especially designed to make lots of money...And he did it in a record time, according to business peoples...

Here, the "company" is the US, and the "others investors" are every american citizen paying tax (so not the 1%...)
