new scroll and other question

Does anyone else have a problem with the new scroll bar on an iPhone? Im getting the scroll in the middle of the screen consistantly??  and is there anyway you guys could look into creating an app, or a site for iPhone users? I am away from my computer a lot and sometimes trying to use the site can be a pain on the iPhone at least to me..
