Why does the top price mover chart show stocks that are unchanged or moved only slightly?

And on the main page the heading "Hot Properties" is weird since it also shows the biggest drops. Something like "On The Move" or "Movers & Shakers" would make more sense.

By the way, I got a MySQL error when changing my username, which included an apostrophe. I assume that was the problem.
