Could HSX consider "Emergency Halts" so star bond traders aren't betting on an actor's death?
Right now it's pretty clear that traders are betting on an actor's demise after a terrible car accident. That's ghoulish.
This place felt weird after the Batman movieshootings, with traders changing bets to make $HSX off a terrible mass murder. I pray we don't have any more movie theater shootings, but we can reasonably expect performers to have life-threatening accidents from time to time.
We halt star bonds when a performer dies, partly out of a sense of decency I'm sure. Shouldn't the same decency extend to people who have been injured in accidents (or crimes) and who are fighting to live?
