Why would you think Rogue One or Office Party can't make their current prices by delist?
The last Star Wars delisted over $800. Even though this one is a bit different it should still easily clear $500 by delist. Office Christmas Party I'm more on the fence with, but a solid case could be made that it gets above current price by delist. If you are a newer player you perhaps may not be aware of the crazy holiday season legs that will be coming shortly. Every day from Christmas Eve through New Years Day performs like a weekend day. It's like a 10-day weekend. The numbers pile up fast.
Even Fast & Furious is a stretch as an auto short. The last one delisted at $320. Yes, it's the only one to get anywhere near that high, and the whole Paul Walker situation clearly goosed the number, but the series has continued to consitantly grow since FAST4, so maybe this level is a the new norm.
