opening weekends

Posted by: lswestcoast on Sep 28, 08:38

How do opening weekends get calculated? For example, I put 20000 on an opening weekend stock, and it cashes out the Monday after its release, how do you calculate this?

opening weekends lswestcoast Sep 28, 08:38

it cashes out at the amount the film actually made over the weekend (ie the amount the distributor reported on Monday) {nm} daveart Sep 28, 09:15
