I found this http://labs.divx.com/node/16824 in the DVx forums. Which kind of describe the error I experienced.
Which seems to me that the issue was a DVX guys were a little too greedy and make the assumption everyone defines every single variable or attribute when dealing with object oriented programming (which is a generally acceptable practice if you don/t mind long but easy to understand code). So it will be DVX fault. HSX knows now that of this little glitch and can correct for it even though it is not his fault (assuming above poster tech stuff is right in the money).
