Description

American Hardcore is a rock documentary about the 80s punk scene and its resulting influence on the current state of rock. Paul Richman directs the documentary which is inspired by a book on the subject. The acts examined include the Dead Kennedys, D.O.A., Bad Brains and Black Flag. The film screened at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival.
