Description

Warner Bros. has acquire the remake rights to the science fiction classic, Forbidden Planet, which was loosely based on Shakespeare's "The Tempest". The 1956 film was about a space crew sent to investigate a planet inhabited by scientists from a missing ship. The new film will reveal story of that first ship, the Bellerophon. The film is scripted by J. Michael Straczynski.
