Description

David Cronenberg will direct A History of Violence, which is adapted from the novel by John Wagner, who created Judge Dredd. The story revolves around Tom McKenna, a diner owner who stops a robbery in his establishment by shooting the thieves in self-defense. The event makes national headlines and the ghosts of McKenna's murky past are dug up, much to the dismay of his family.
