Description

Norman Jewison directs the true story of boxer Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, a contender for the world middleweight championship in 1966, wrongfully imprisoned for the murders of three men in a New Jersey bar.

After 20 years in prison Carter's innocence was proven and he was released.
