Description

The documentary Matangi/Maya/M.I.A. uses the personal videos of the musical artist who is the daughter of the Tamil resistance founder in Sri Lanka. They fled as refugees to the U.K. where she grew up. Directed by Steve Loveridge, the film won the Special Jury Prize at Sundance.
