Prince of Central Park, based upon the novel of the same title by Evan Rhodes, centers on a brother, Jay Jay, and sister, Laurie, who seek refuge in New York City's Central Park. Frank Nasso stars as J.J. along with the rest of the cast that includes Danny Aiello, Harvey Keitel, and Kathleen Turner. In the film, directed by television veteran John Leekley, the siblings live in a deserted treehouse and become close friends with an older woman who frequents the park. The outcasts learn to help one another over time.
